Workshop outline
This is a build session rather than a demonstration. You bring a real task from your own work, and you leave with it built in Claude, saved, and ready to run again next week. Most people using AI at work are still typing one question at a time and starting from scratch each morning. The step that changes the return is turning a good answer into something repeatable that your team can run without you. We work in three streams, sales, operations and finance, so you build the thing you actually need rather than a worked example. We start with how Claude holds context, then you build, with us in the room to help. No technical background is required.

Practical outcomes

Who should attend
This workshop is designed primarily for owners, founders and managers of small and medium businesses, and the people who run sales, operations or finance. No technical background needed. This session is for people who are ready to build rather than browse: you will leave with something you built and can use the next day.

What to bring

Three things, so we spend the time building rather than setting up:

• A laptop, not a phone or tablet.

• The Claude desktop app downloaded and an account created and logged in.

• Your email, Microsoft 365 or Google Suite connected in Claude, so you can work on real tasks.
