CEDA Trustees are invited to hear from Jackie Ingram, Deputy Director-General, Strategy and Skills Performance on how the Government will deliver 430,000 new jobs for the state by 2028.
Late last year, the State Government announced the Queensland Right Skills Strategy 2025-2028 which aims to provide almost half a million job opportunities to Queenslanders, $50 million to expand apprenticeships and a further $200 million for new Centres of Excellence.
For a discussion on how the Government will deliver on these three key initiatives in just four years, CEDA is pleased to welcome Jackie Ingram Deputy Director-General, Strategy and Skills Performance.
Jackie will also explore how industry and stakeholders can partner with the Strategy to deliver quality training, build a skilled workforce, and close critical skills gaps in healthcare, housing, manufacturing—and for the 2032 Olympic Games.
This briefing is by invitation only to CEDA members. At CEDA invitation only briefings you will hear from an informed, expert guest speaker in a private, small group setting. Invitations to boardroom briefings are a valued benefit of CEDA membership. Chatham House Rule applies.
